We currently serve Merchant Clients in a variety of industries and throughout the United States. The Firm was formed in 2003 with the single minded objective of providing the highest levels of service to the merchant community. In an era of highly competitive pricing, we determined that merchant dissatisfaction primarily related to a lack of responsiveness on the part of merchant service providers to their merchants' needs. Most firms in this industry are sales and volume driven and not as mindful of this fact. We felt that there was a better way of doing things that would lead to solid, lasting relationships.
