Covenant Financial Solutions, LLC

Covenant Financial Solutions, LLC is an Austin, Texas based company. We currently serve Merchant Clients in a variety of industries and throughout the United States.

The Firm was formed in 2003 with the single minded objective of providing the highest levels of service to the merchant community.  In an era of highly competitive pricing, we determined that merchant dissatisfaction primarily related to a lack of responsiveness on the part of merchant service providers to their merchants' needs.  Most firms in this industry are sales and volume driven and not as mindful of this fact. We felt that there was a better way of doing things that would lead to solid, lasting relationships.

August W. Harris III

August Harris, principal and founder of Covenant Financial Solutions, has spent 20 years in the banking and financial services industry.  A problem solver by nature, his breadth of knowledge enables him to assist current and prospective Merchant Clients in a wide array of industries.   He is constantly striving to know more and to find new solutions to the dilemmas you face everyday in business. 

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Harris is very active in the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce as Vice Chair of its Transportation Committee, dealing with local and regional transportation issues. He serves as President of his neighborhood group, is Treasurer of the Texas School for the Deaf Foundation, is a Board Member for the Austin High Continuing Education Foundation, the Nature Conservancy’s Gen C, and is an active member of the Heritage Society of Austin.  He is a 2008 Graduate of Leadership Austin.

Mr. Harris received his B.A. in Economics and History from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Mediator.

He and his staff are dedicated to Covenant Financial Solutions' Merchant Clients.
